Silver Spoon, Sterling Shackles eps 37- 40 (Finale)

Elena Kong and Ron had a thing. Damien found out and she left the house. She wanted to take her children with her but Damien forbid her.

Kenneth decided to help Elena. Damien and Kenneth were at the court fighting for what is right and what is wrong. Kenneth won and Elena gets to have her children back. Damien seem to be happy.

Damien learns in this experience that he needed to cherish the thing that he had now. Once you lose it, you will know how much you miss it. Damien apologize to Mary Hon and Rebbecca.

Charmaine Li was pregnant with Vincent baby. He made her drink the miscarriage medicine but she didn't want to. Vincent thought that Charmaine died. He left the family due to guilt.

Damien forgive Elena and they are both good friends!

A lot of things had happen and I am trying to jot all this down.

Mary Hon's character died. She and Damien was watching the sunset, it was a promise that Damien made but couldn't succeed it until now. She left quietly.

Vincent and Charmaine reunited. She forgave him. They lived happily ever after.

Ron was going to kill Rebbecca and himself, so that they can be together. Rebbecca told him that if, he truly loves her, he will want her to be happy not bring her grief. Ron felt bad and apologize. He left her. Rebbecca left the house, now that Mary is gone.

Kenneth allow her to leave. Rebbecca, Kenneth and Ron would often think about each other, staring at the full moon.

Damien realise that he still loved Tavia. He tried to win her back by making a law that every women and men are both equal in marriage. Tavia and Damien got married again.

The drama didn't really leave me a huge impression like most drama did. The finale hasn't sink in yet. I felt like the story kind of just end, and I don't feel like I want to know what happen next if, there were a sequel. Not like there will or anything.

My favourite couple in this series is Adrian and Sire. They're a very sweet couple.

Missing You eps 1-6

Linda Chung's character is very neat and tidy. She likes to have things sorted out. Her family is average. She had a brother played by Brian Chu, a father played by Patrick Dunn and a mother played by a lady that I happen to not know her name.

Linda just join a team that help people seek for the loves one in wars.

Jason Chan, Cila Kung, Calvin Chan were here new co-workers.

Cila jobs is to call people with the same name as the missing people. Calvin Chan jobs is the computer expert and Jason just does something.

They're first job was to help this old man search for his long lost brother. They lost each other during the Japanese came to China.

Ronald Law played as the younger version of the old man, and the kid that played the younger version of Raymond Wong in Bottled Passion played as the long lost brother.

In the end they were reunited.

Linda decided to help Power Chan search for his long lost son, this case is the case that Ram Tsang, the head of the Search For Missing One Team, does not allow because it wasn't lost in the war.

Jason help Linda to search for the child.

In the end they did.

Linda likes to take credit. She help someone and Ram thanks Jason and Linda, she told Ram that she did it. This character is very different to how I'm used to her previous character.

I really like this series so far. Can't wait for the romance to spark!

Elaine Yui, Raymond Wong, Oscar Leung, Oscar Chan were guest stars as the younger version of the seniors. It was interesting as the story was told but I was kind of bored half way as I felt it dragged on a little too much. I felt that the case would've just get to the point.

Cila Kung told Linda that Jason is a good man and that she should reconsider. They decided to have a BBQ at Jason's place. Big mistake. We discover that Jason have a girlfriend, Lin Xia Wei ( also known as Raymond Lam's cousin). I feel so sorry for Linda.

I thought I should give a background info on Jason. (Not his character in the drama)

The Confidant eps 21-24

To save Aimee from dying, Raymond Wong chose to make Aimee drink the miscarriage medicine. Aimee lost the baby, she was mad at Raymond, but she also understands that he only done that to save her.

Raymond Cho got married to Angel Chiang. As Raymond is a eunuch and if, he married her, everyone would laugh at him. Because Angel, Raymond intend to do a lot of reckless thing.

The other four eunuch (Power, Raymond Wong, Edwin and Wayne) believes that Angel should be killed because she put a spell on Raymond Cho and made him do things that no one should. Wayne told everyone that he will killed her.

The next day, Nancy came to visit Wayne and found that he had left the palace. She told Raymond Cho and Power. They went to find Angel. They found her with another man dead. Raymond Cho got mad at Wayne but Wayne denied and said that he didn't do it.

The person that did it was Edwin. He had turn from good to bad.

Maggie is seeking for revenge again.

Everything turn sour and now I had no idea what to expect!

Silver Spoon Sterling Shackles eps 33-36

Rebbecca found out the truth and decided to leave the house. They all tried to stop her, Mary Hon fell from the stairs and had a stroke. Rebbecca felt bad and decided to stay and help Mary.

Kenneth got furious about Rebbecca and Ron's relationship. He wanted Rebbecca to leave the house, she chose not too. She felt guilty and stayed to look after Mary.

Ron and Elena are drinking buddies. Since the people they loved no longer cares about them.

Damien gets furious with Elena because she kept on drinking.

Tavia decided to revenge on Damien. She had the book of personal information that she found in his study room. Tavia warn Damien that he will regret it. Damien gave the project to Shek. He reveal that he change the name Arthur's hill to Phoenix's hill, which is her name. She regret it.

Shek tried to grab the book of personal information from Tavia. He grabbed it and she ran away. He realised that there were some missing paper and he ran after her in the alley. His eye were scary, and bought Tavia back to her toture memories. She grab a bamboo stick and stab Shek.

Jessica Sum told Kenneth everything about Tavia. She hope he could help Tavia because she was arrested. He agreed.

Tavia was saved. Yay! I had to admit, Kenneth's English is very confusing to understand. Half the words he was saying, I had no idea. The words like, 'client,' victim' was pretty hard to get. Kenneth is Canadian-Chinese so shouldn't his English be really good. No offence.

JJ Jia told Tavia that Damien loves Tavia a lot. He was using JJ Jia to make Tavia jealous.

Damien finally allows Idly Chan to leave the house with Ben Wong. He sign the divorce paper and gave her, her freedom back.

My Childhood Stars

Funny how time flies by. Childhood seem like yesterday.

Steven Ma
I like him since watching 'Perish In The Name Of Love,' it was my favourite childhood TVB series. He was so cute with Charmaine Sheh as a couple. In the drama Steven and Charmaine was childhood friends but somehow Charmaine left and work in his lantern company, Steven couldn't recognise her.

I like her in 'Perish In The Name Of Love.' When I was little, I actually thought Charmaine Sheh and Steven Ma were a married couple in real life. Now, I know what a fool I've been.

Sonja Kwok
I like her a lot in 'The Legend Of Love,' she was a fairy and breaks all the rule to live in Earth and search for her true love. She is an amazing actress.

In Cupid Stupid, Steven didn't end up with the girl he loved.
In When Lane Merge, Sonja didn't end up with the guy she loved.

Steven and Sonja were a cute on-screen couple in The 7th Day.

Michelle Yim and Maggie Shiu relationship in The Confidant

I been thinking lately about the way Michelle treated Maggie. Does she deserve what she get? I mean, sure I get why Michelle is mad at Maggie, because Maggie tried to poison her and tried to take the throne away from Michelle.

After all those year Michelle have the 'cold shoulder' towards Maggie, all those time Maggie have been feeling terrible about herself. Maggie felt guilty and had been praying and asking for forgiveness. Still, the good thing about Maggie is that she acknowledge her mistakes and apologize. She been seeking for forgiveness for a very long time. How long can Maggie last? How long will Michelle hate her?

All I've been wondering all this time, is, if someone made a mistakes and they acknowledge it, will you forgive them? What happen if the mistakes was too much to be forgive, like Maggie tried to poison Michelle? What happen if Maggie decided to poison Michelle and didn't stop her from drinking the poison? There's too much 'what if,' yet here I am still watching the drama and still wondering, does Maggie deserve this?

People make mistakes in life. Let's face it, we all do. So if someone hurt you pretty badly, would you give them a second chance? Shouldn't Michelle Yim gives Maggie Shiu a second chance? Everyone deserve a second chance as long as they acknowledge their mistakes and apologize. Maggie did it. Now, Michelle just need to say that she forgive her and allow Oscar Leung to be with the woman he loved, Natalie Tong. Oscar wanted to married Natalie and made her queen, but because Natalie is somehow related to Maggie, Michelle wouldn't allow them to be together!


I been going on too much, but I am just wondering will Michelle Yim ever forgive Maggie Shiu? I just know that I have to keep watching to seek for the answer that I desired.

Raymond Lam's Mini Movie

There was a lot TVB Stars such as Oscar Leung, Kate Tsui, Wong Cho Lam, Eliza Sum...

I love this cute love story. Its about Raymond running into a ghost, Eliza Sum. As her purple colour nail painted on each of her nail, it is closer to her disappearing. The story is very cute.

The Confidant eps 15-20

Eric Li's character died because of poison. Although Wayne would've save him but choose not too because Eric had hurt Nancy enough.

Nancy came back to the palace and work for Michelle Yim. Michelle knew that Wayne always worried about Nancy, so she allow Nancy to come back to the palace so that Wayne could focus on the work.

Raymond Wong, Raymond Cho, Wayne, Edwin and Power are god-brothers. Love the bond they had for each other.

Raymond Wong and Aimee Chan escape the palace but got caught. Raymond told Aimee to forget about him and married another man. Aimee loved toward Raymond was unchanged, before she left she wrote poem and put in into Raymond's medicine book. She drew four mandarin representing Raymond's name. Why can't a princess and an eunuch be together?! Is it that Raymond is a eunuch that they can't be together? Just because his a eunuch doesn't mean his not human. Raymond is like every men out there except one thing. He can't have children ever in his life. But he and Aimee love each so so so much, yet it is forbidden for them to be together. Why???

Power is now the King's follower, because he impress the King with his tofu dish.

Michelle Yim hated Maggie Shiu because she tried to poison her. Michelle will never forgive Maggie's no matter what she does.

Raymond Wong, Raymond Cho, Wayne, Edwin, Power, Nancy and other eunuch watch the firework.

Many years has passed.

Everyone grew older and wiser. Oscar Leung played as the older version of the King.

Michelle Yim told Oscar to choose his queen. She favour Cila Lok because she is the daughter of some man.  Whereas, Oscar fell in love with Natalie Tong, which happen to be Michelle worst nightmare. Natalie is the daughter of some man and she is somehow related Maggie Shiu. To Michelle, anything related to Maggie is evil.

Power and Wayne had no choice but to promise Oscar Leung that they will help Natalie became the queen. Good Luck on that Power and Wayne.

Oscar Chan has so little screen time that I can barely spot him anymore. Does anyone know which series Oscar Chan is in this year that he will had a lot more screen time?!

Silver Spoon, Stering Shackles eps 29-32

Sire and Adrian relationship was challenge by Damien and Mary Hon. Adrian propose to her and she agree to married him. Mary Hon was emotional as she witness how strong the love for Adrian and Sire was.

Adrian and Sire got married and Damien came in time to witness his daughter marriage. Adrian and Sire both lived with his grandmother. They're very much in love and the cutest couple in the entire series.

Tavia caught Damien cheating on her with JJ Jia. She got mad and decided to divorce with Damien. Now they're on their separate lives.

Damien finally forgives Vincent Wong. Vincent Wong ended his relationship with Charmaine Li.

Kenneth, Ron and Rebbecca relationship was always a challenge. Rebbecca kept on hesitating about her love toward Kenneth and Ron. She seem that she still love Ron, yet she is married to Kenneth.

Ron is faking that he is mental. Ron found out that Damien was the lawyer that made Rebbecca's father from a witness to a murderer, he made her father sentence to death.

Rebbecca decided to go on a honeymoon with Kenneth. She decided to fulfill her role as Kenneth's wife. Later, Ron rushes to the train station and drag her away. Kenneth was buying her food but when he came back she was nowhere to be seen.

Ron drag Rebbecca to a field of beautiful yellow flowers and told her everything. He told her about Damien was the lawyer that made her father from a witness turned into a murderer. He told her that Kenneth knew about this all along. Rebbecca told him that she need to think this through. She knows that Ron was faking it.

Tavia was mad at Damien and decided to join with Shek Sau, who is rival with Damien. Shek told her that Damien work project name 'Arthur's hill' is changed into a different name. At this point we all believe that he had change the name to JJ Jia's name but we were wrong. Damien change the name from Arthur's hill to Phoenix's hill, which also happen to be Tavia's name. I wonder what it will be like when Tavia found out that all her revenge plan was all a big mistakes. Because Damien still loved her very much.

I've been thinking lately about Rebbecca's character and even though it might be obvious but I want to ask for your opinion.

If you were to pick one of the guys, will you choose:

Person A who you happen to loved, but his a stubborn guy. His is cold to everyone but you. He loved you and treated you kindly when you were working a factory, when you were young. At the point when you have no family, he choose to take you in as his family. His been looking out for you ever since. His loved towards you were obvious, but you couldn't tell. When your not happy, he would give a play dough doll to make you happy. He found your long lost sister and wanted to help save her but he couldn't. Everything he chose to do was because of you. He rather jump into the sea and got shot than get you involved. You're his muse. You're the reason that his alive. You're the reason that he smile.

OR

 

Person B who also happen to secretly loved you. He help you continuously. When you're sad, his sad; when you smile, he smile. You owe him too much, but you don't know how to repay him. His kind hearted, his a lawyer, his rich and his family is well-known in Hong-Kong,  his patient.  He knows that you loved Person A and he is willingly to wait for you. He loves you even though he know that he can never replace Person A.

 

 

Between these two perfect guys, who will you choose, if, you were Rebbecca?

 

 

I couldn't write a lot about Person B because there's nothing to add beside the fact that he have help her a lot.

Silver Spoon, Sterling Shackles eps 25-28

Ron hit his head hard and now he is currently living with the Chung family, where Rebbecca can look after him. Apparently, Ron can only remember Rebbecca and he seem to "faking" it somehow.

Tavia and Damien argued about Idly having the right to meet Ben Wong.

Ben Wong got bash by Vincent Wong. Ben lost a leg, he attempted to suicide but was saved. Idly beleive that Damien order someone to bash Ben because he was her ex-lover.

Sire and Adrian are secretly dating. They are so cute together.

Damien doesn't care about Vincent anymore because he know that that Vincent was the one that bash Ben.

Vincent and Elena Kong were sad that no one care about them so they drink together.

Vincent Wong got drunk and did "it" with Charmaine Li. I really dislike Charmaine right now, doesn't she know that he is using her. His drunk and he doesn't even care about who you are. His using you just for the sake of it. Wake up, Charmaine Li!!!

Damien had a one night with JJ Jia. He used her to make Tavia jealous.

Could this story get any more confuse?

Silver Spoon, Sterling Shackles eps 21-24

Rebbecca was going to married an old man that is rich, Kenneth stop her and shout, "If you don't mind marrying anyone. Marry me," his words to proposal wasn't as touching as THC, maybe because I don't like Kenneth and Rebbecca as a couple.

Kenneth and Tavia aren't a couple, yet they have a lot of scenes together.

So the slavery fight became a big issue with people going against Tavia.

Stephen Huynh's character died because he was sad that Sire reject him. Sire felt responsible for it.

Adrian and Sire relationship seem to be the part when they both know that they like each other. They're so cute!

Ron came back. Yes, he is very much alive. He came back and realise that Kenneth and Rebbecca are married. Ron wanted to steal her back.

At first Rebbecca doesn't like him, but she married him because she doesn't want to be a burden to her sister, Bella Lam, Adrian Chau and grandma. Eventually, she realise that Kenneth is a very nice guy and she begin to give in.

I may sound over dramatic but I seriously scream out objection when Kenneth and Rebbecca were married.  

Charmaine Li and Vincent Wong, nothing much happen to these two. I can't wait until sparks fly between these two. Well, at this moment Vincent. We all know that Charmaine might had feeling for Vincent, but Vincent doesn't like her. He only want to help his father business, which somehow the slavery issues is part of it.  Poor Charmaine when she found out that Vincent doesn't like her.

The Confidant eps 11-14

Maggie Shui was going to poison Michelle Yim but chose not to in the end.

Raymond Cho was evil, he betrayed Michelle by helping Power's great uncle, who happens to work for Maggie Shui. It turn out that Raymond Cho was "undercover" as he is loyal to Michelle Yim.

Wayne thought Raymond Cho betray the Michelle. In the end it was reveal that Raymond is very loyal to his rightful owner.

Oscar Chan is evil. He works for Power's great uncle. NO! I was hoping that he can be a good guy again, not work for the bad side!

Power is somehow kind to Raymond Wong. It happen to be that Raymond Wong was uncover the truth that Michelle may be poison in the food, and he was helping Wayne. Raymond was caught with the princess, Aimee. Things turn out terrible as Aimee was lock in her room and Raymond Wong was lock in a cage. Yep, its a small prison. Maggie felt sympathy and allow Raymond Wong to escape outside instead of killing him. Power was supposed to let him go. On the way, Raymond Wong ask Power if he could silently say goodbye to Aimee.

Raymond Wong and Power were going to escape but Power caught them. Aimee told him what is the meaning of best friend is. Power hesitated and said, "Why do you guys have to do this to me?" he knock out one of his follower and hand Aimee the medal that grant them to the outside world.

On the day that Michelle Yim was going to reveal the truth about Maggie, there was a fire and no one could leave or enter the palace. It happen to be the day that Raymond Wong and Aimee was going to escape. 

The King was kidnapped. Wayne and along with eunuch went to search for the King. Raymond Wong, Aimee, Edwin, Power, Wayne and other eunuch couldn't find the king. The King told his dog to go find "old turtle," referring to Wayne. It was train to look for Wayne when the king was in trouble.

The dog lead the eunuch to the king hiding place. The eunuchs used the powder to seem smoky and they got in. Wayne persuade Power's great uncle to turn around. He did.

Maggie wasn't behind all the betrayal it was another person with a higher level. The King was return.

The man that betrayed them were sent to prison. Michelle couldn't take the shocking events one after another.  She left quietly.

Silver Spoon, Sterling Shackles eps 19-20

I am half way through the series. Yay!

Tavia and Kenneth are helping a way to stop slavery occurring. Charmaine Li made her appearance as a new maid in the family. Tavia ask Charmaine if she could speak out her slavery experience to warn others.

Vincent Wong help Charmain a lot. I think maybe he like her. OK, so she only just appear but I think they will have a love story. Finally, something excited happens.

Adrian continue to dislike Sire. He seem to change his impression on that though.

Sire is helping Bella Lam to understands sign language.

Rebbecca will married an old man because he is rich and she needed the money for Bella, grandmother and Adrian. She doesn't want to be a burden to them.

JJ Jia just appear as a seller for expensive brands. I wonder what she will do to make the story line more interesting.

Kenneth can't help Rebbecca because she doesn't want to owe him too much. Sire is meant to help Rebbecca in replace of Kenneth.

I can't wait for the romance of the children to start. I am getting sick of watching Tavia and Damien's storyline. 

The Confidant eps 9-10

The King was playing hide and seek with the eunuch. Power and Wayne believe that the King has escape outside of the palace.

Power led Wayne to a place that sell the palace vase. This action was forbidden. Power and Wayne mistaken another eunuch as the King. Power escape but Wayne got caught. At this point, Power would've left Wayne. Power came back to save Wayne's life. Power lied that he bought Wayne along to learn how this work. Power said that his great uncle just want Power to be here to check on things.

Power told Wayne to never tell anyone about what just happen.

Power and Wayne split up to search for the King.

Maggie Shiu knew where the king was hiding. She was about to wake the king, but she chose not to and order her maid to lock the room that the king was hiding.

The King woke up and tried to leave but the door was lock, he accidentally set the place on fire. At that moment Wayne came and save the king life.

Edwin and Wayne was order to serve Michelle Yim as they save the King. Power warn Wayne that working for the queen is a lot harder. He said good luck best friend, then he said 'Wait, we're not friends!'

I think I am starting to like Power here, it seem that Power isn't as bad as the start.

Aimee want to help Raymond Wong but he told her to not help him otherwise Power will bullied him. Aimee took revenge on Power. She made Power piggy-back her upstairs and downstairs many times. Power was tired and ask her did he did anything that offend her, please forgive him. Aimee told him that he didn't hurt her but hurt Raymond Wong. Raymond Wong is her best friend, if he hurt Raymond, he hurt Aimee. She even said that your so mean you probably had no friends.

Wayne taught Michelle Yim how to ride a bike.

Oscar Chan finally had dialogs. I am so happy to finally see Oscar had something to say, although he is on Power's great uncle side. His on the bad side and I don't want him to be on the bad side, I want Oscar to be on Wayne side. Maybe Oscar can help Wayne and Raymond Cho by telling them the Great uncle plans.

Raymond Cho continue to search for his long sister but found that she is dead. Raymond Cho wants to be the eunuch in power. He believes that he had Michelle Yim to back him up that he can do just about anything.

The Confidant eps 7- 8

Edwin gamble in the palace which is against the palace rule, but he needed the money for his family. Edwin borrowed Power some money to gamble but Power made Edwin pay him back a huge amount of money.

While fixing the roof for an old house in the palace Edwin fell and broke his leg. In order to get his leg fix, Power made Wayne pay the amount of money that Edwin owe. It was a price that no eunuch can pay. Wayne had an idea and he attempt to ride the bike. Michelle Yim order that if anyone could rode the bike then she will agree for the English to work with China.

Wayne attempted for ten times or more until he could rode the bike. He took the money and save Edwin.

Wayne action was against the Queen, Michelle Yim because she didn't want the English to work with the palace.  Luckily, Wayne wasn't in trouble because he told the reason why he needed the money to save Edwin.

I really Edwin and Wayne bromance, it is so adorable.

Raymond Wong found out that the medicine field was using fake herbs and medicines for the eunuch and maid. He ask Raymond Cho to help him. The result, Raymond Cho got slap from Michelle Yim. He was blame that he was seeking revenge on Power but it wasn't like that. Maggie Shui was helping Power's great uncle. It was the reason why Power had so much power against the other eunuch.

Raymond Wong was kick out of the medicine field into another area.

The King was only a child and seem that he was already disrespectful, so Michelle Yim order him to work in the cleaning field where Wayne and Edwin work.

Edwin wanted to get the king's attention, so that he can get some credit.

The King was hard to handle as he is still young and all the eunuch all respect the king and wouldn't dare to hurt the king.  Only Wayne attempt to teach the king.

It work at one point in exchange that Wayne and Edwin had to buy food that he had never tried before.

Nancy wrote a letter to Wayne and said that she had found Eric Li and he is fine with the miscarriage. They will get married as soon as he recover.
